About me

I am a performance coach who helps individuals and organisations be their best. In the last 20 years I have worked in retail, finance, education, publishing and professional services. I’ve been a shop floor assistant, accounts clerk, english teacher, IT auditor, internal auditor and project manager. And even more crucially, I spent 8 years supporting 2,000 people in their leadership development in one of the Big 4.

My varied experience means I help you see your performance challenges from different angles.

Performance challenges like:

  • Developing better leaders for your succession pipeline
  • Building better teams to face a fast changing market
  • Raising awareness and emotional intelligence in senior managers to form better relationships
  • Overcoming imposter syndrome in senior female leaders to enable them to do business better

I moved to London 12 years ago from Wellington, New Zealand and live with my husband in South East London. We love to BBQ, have friends over and drink nice cold prosecco. I have fallen in love with my garden and if I’m not watching gardening shows then I can be found wandering around the garden marvelling at how my plants seem to be thriving.
