Think with Jude 2023 Christmas Gift Guide
There aren’t any practical coaching tips this week.
Instead I’m hoping to make your life a little easier by suggesting some gifts that have been big hits with my friends and family.
And let’s face it, who has time to learn new skills at this time of year?
Many of my friends will recognise this colander from Rowan and Wren. I gifted it so much that I bought one for myself. I love that I can load it up with fresh picked cherry tomatoes, wash them and store them all in the same vessel.
For quirky gifts you can’t go past Rocket St George. One of my besties loves leopard print and she tells me it makes her smile every time she uses the oven glove I got her as a housewarming gift. Make sure to look at the Christmas decorations too.
My husband got me into building Lego sets and I’m obsessed. It’s one of the most mindful, relaxing things I can do. This old school typewriter was my reward for finishing the Think Like A Coach manuscript and it sits in my office.
I picked up a copy of the Simple Things magazine one day when I was going through redundancy. It made me pause, slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Reading it is like a hug.
Kubb is a fun outdoor game that will get everyone out of your way while you’re cooking dinner. I played with family aged 6-45 and it was awesome fun. You just need a flattish surface.
